I’ve Gone Green!!!

Lately I’ve been trying to take better care of myself starting with my health. I heard about Green Juice from various sources as an aide in weight loss, detoxing, and promoting healthy skin, nails, and hair. It took a few tries but now I’m hooked.  Every morning, I try to kickoff my day with fresh Green Juice:

  1. Kale
  2. Daffodil
  3. Wheat grass
  4. Cucumber
  5. Green Apples (to sweeten)
  6. Lemon
  7. Ginger

*** I understand it may not seem appetizing to many.*** The hardest part for some is just drinking it down. I say give it a try, its not like it can harm you.
